Orange-Bourbon Mashed Sweet Potatoes

• 3 lb. (1.4 kg) sweet potatoes (about 6 large)
• 1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. bourbon
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tsp. orange zest King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09

1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 30 min.
2. or until tender; drain.
3. Carefully peel potatoes while still hot; place in large bowl.
4. Add cream cheese product, butter, brown sugar and bourbon; mash until smooth.
5. Stir in parsley and zest.
