Creamy lemon chicken

  1. Flatten chicken breast to make even.
  2. Dip in egg then in bread crumbs.
  3. Places chicken in a pan with olive oil and butter.
  4. Brown each side.
  5. Slice lemon and cover each breast with the slices of lemon and a slice of cheese.
  6. Place the chicken in a dish and cover completly with heavy whipping cream.
  7. Cover and let cook in the oven for 40 minutes on 350
