Creamy lemon chicken
- 1 heavy whipping cream
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 4 slice Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 4 slice Lemon
- 1 Egg
- Flatten chicken breast to make even.
- Dip in egg then in bread crumbs.
- Places chicken in a pan with olive oil and butter.
- Brown each side.
- Slice lemon and cover each breast with the slices of lemon and a slice of cheese.
- Place the chicken in a dish and cover completly with heavy whipping cream.
- Cover and let cook in the oven for 40 minutes on 350
