Lemon Lush

• 1 c. flour
• 1 stick butter or margarine
• 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 pt. whipped heavy cream
• 1/3 c. powdered sugar
• 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
• 3 c. milk
• crushed walnuts

1. Mix cream cheese and

3. in whipped cream to which 1/3 cup of
4. powdered
5. sugar
6. has been added.
7. If using Cool
8. Whip, do not add
9. sugar.
10. Spread
11. half

13. cheese mixture on top of baked, cooled crust.
14. Beat pudding with milk. Spread
15. on top of cream cheese
16. layer.

19. of cream cheese mixture on puddingtayer and garnish with crushed walnuts.
20. Keep refrigerated.
21. Serves 10 to 12.
