Lemon Lush
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 pt. whipped heavy cream
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- crushed walnuts
- Mix cream cheese and
- powderedtugar.told
- in whipped cream to which 1/3 cup of
- powdered
- sugar
- has been added.
- If using Cool
- Whip, do not add
- sugar.
- Spread
- half
- of
- cheese mixture on top of baked, cooled crust.
- Beat pudding with milk. Spread
- on top of cream cheese
- layer.
- Spread
- othertalf
- of cream cheese mixture on puddingtayer and garnish with crushed walnuts.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Serves 10 to 12.
