Grandma Susie's Apple Crunch Salad

  1. Mix cinnamon into jello (before adding boiling water).
  2. Dissolve the jello/cinnamon mixture in boiling water.
  3. Add cold apple juice and chill until thick.
  4. Add apple, celery and nuts.
  5. Spoon into jello mold or 8x4 loaf pan.
  6. Refridgerate till set (over night is best).
  7. Mama used to serve it with a dollop of mayonnaise.
