Tuna and Bean Salad
- 425g can tuna in springwater, drained and flaked
- 300g can butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 200g green beans, blanched and halved
- 3 hardboiled eggs, quartered
- 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
- 1 red capsicum, roasted, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup KRAFT FREE* Italian Dressing
- 80g baby spinach leaves, washed
- Gently toss together the tuna, beans, egg, onion, capsicum and dressing in a large bowl.
- Divide spinach leaves between serving plates and top with tuna mixture.
- Drizzle with any remaining dressing in the base of the bowl.
