BBQ Chicken Burrito Bundles with Sour Cream
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1/3 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 1 avocado, cut into thin slices Target 10 ea For $10.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Cheddar Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Grill chicken 6 min.
- on each side.
- Brush with barbecue sauce; grill 1 to 2 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F), turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
- Meanwhile, grill tortillas 15 to 30 sec.
- on each side or just until warmed.
- Slice chicken.
- Top tortillas with chicken, avocados and cheese.
- Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
- Serve with sour cream.
