Sauteed Shrimp Recipe
- 1 pound raw shrimp, shelled & deveined (tails may be left on)
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 teaspoon minced parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh garlic as desired
- 1/4 teaspoon dry oregano
- 2 tbsp. white wine
- Combine above, toss and saute/fry on top of stove till shrimp are cooked.
- Stir with spatula and serve.
- Dust lightly with 1 Tbsp.
- fine bread crumbs and dash of paprika for color, if you like.
