Veggie Ham Wraps
- 1 small red pepper
- 1 celery rib
- 2 small gherkins
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 1 pinch ground pepper
- 12 bunch chives
- Core the red pepper and cut away the inner membranes.
- Slice celery, red pepper and pickles into small finger length sticks.
- Remove rind from the ham, if necessary, and cut each slice in half.
- Divide the vegetable sticks among the pieces of ham and season with pepper.
- Roll up the ham slices.
- Tie 2 or 3 chive stems around each wrap to garnish and hold it together.
