Sweetened Persimmon and Walnut Spread on Toast

  1. Spread butter on sliced bread a little more generously than usual.
  2. Scatter persimmons cut in easy to eat pieces and walnuts crushed with your hands.
  3. Sprinkle lemon juice and toast until the bread browns.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and honey and it's done.
