BBQ Turkey Burger Salad Flatbread

  1. For each serving: Spread 1 naan bread with 1 Tbsp.
  2. (15 mL) barbecue sauce; top with 3/4 cup (175 mL) tomatoes.
  3. Bake in 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) convection oven 10 min.
  4. or just until tomatoes are slightly softened and bread is golden brown.
  5. Top with 2 oz.
  6. (60 g) crumbled turkey burger.
  7. Combine 2 cups (500 mL) salad greens, 2 Tbsp.
  8. (30 mL) each mangos and avocados; 1 Tbsp.
  9. (15 mL) each dressing, zucchini, yellow squash and peppers; and 1/2 Tbsp.
  10. (7 mL) each nuts and cheese.
  11. Spoon onto bread.
