BBQ Turkey Burger Salad Flatbread
- 16 each whole wheat naan breads
- 1 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3 qt. mixed red, orange, yellow and green cherry tomatoes, halved
- ground turkey patties, grilled
- 2 gal. baby salad greens
- 2 cups fresh mangos, small dice Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 2 cups avocados, small dice
- 1 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 cup zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- For each serving: Spread 1 naan bread with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) barbecue sauce; top with 3/4 cup (175 mL) tomatoes.
- Bake in 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) convection oven 10 min.
- or just until tomatoes are slightly softened and bread is golden brown.
- Top with 2 oz.
- (60 g) crumbled turkey burger.
- Combine 2 cups (500 mL) salad greens, 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) each mangos and avocados; 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) each dressing, zucchini, yellow squash and peppers; and 1/2 Tbsp.
- (7 mL) each nuts and cheese.
- Spoon onto bread.
