Motherlode Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- Combine all crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a buttered 10 inch springform pan.
- Place in freezer and let set up 20 min.
- For filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar together at high speed for 3 min.
- Add in the Large eggs, cooled butter and vanilla and beat for another 5 min.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Pour cheese filling over crust and bake for 35-45 min.
- Cheesecake is done when it still slightly wiggles in center.
- Don't let surface brown.
- Let cold.
- Serve with sliced strawberries.
