Motherlode Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Combine all crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a buttered 10 inch springform pan.
  2. Place in freezer and let set up 20 min.
  3. For filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar together at high speed for 3 min.
  4. Add in the Large eggs, cooled butter and vanilla and beat for another 5 min.
  5. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  6. Pour cheese filling over crust and bake for 35-45 min.
  7. Cheesecake is done when it still slightly wiggles in center.
  8. Don't let surface brown.
  9. Let cold.
  10. Serve with sliced strawberries.
