American Farm Style Sausage Recipe

• 5 lb Medium grnd pork butt
• 1 tsp Cayenne
• 1 Tbsp. Thyme
• 5 tsp Salt
• 5 tsp Black pepper
• 1 c. Cool water

1. Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into sheep casing.
