Whole Wheat Oat Bran Pancakes Recipe

  1. In mixing bowl combine flours, oat bran, baking pwdr, and baking soda.
  2. In a second bowl combine maple syrup, Large eggs, yogurt, water, oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in flour mix till just blended.
  4. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto heated griddle or possibly frying pan which is sprayed with vegetable oil.
  5. Cook, turning once, 4 min, till lightly browned.
  6. Cooked pancakes may be refrigerated up to 3 days or possibly frzn up to 3 months.
  7. To serve, thaw and heat in toaster oven or possibly microwave.
