KRAFT BBQ Beef Fajitas

  1. Mix 1 cup barbecue sauce, lime juice and water.
  2. Make shallow cuts in both sides of steak to score; place in glass dish.
  3. Top with barbecue sauce mixture; cover.
  4. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to marinate.
  5. Drain; discard marinade.
  6. Heat greased grill to medium.
  7. Grill steak, peppers and onions 12 to 14 min.
  8. or until steak is medium doneness (160F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
  9. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  10. Coarsely chop vegetables.
  11. Spoon meat and vegetables onto tortillas; roll up.
