KRAFT BBQ Beef Fajitas
- 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 1/4 cup lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 beef flank steak (1 lb.) Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1 each: green and red pepper, each cut lengthwise into 4 strips Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- Mix 1 cup barbecue sauce, lime juice and water.
- Make shallow cuts in both sides of steak to score; place in glass dish.
- Top with barbecue sauce mixture; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight to marinate.
- Drain; discard marinade.
- Heat greased grill to medium.
- Grill steak, peppers and onions 12 to 14 min.
- or until steak is medium doneness (160F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Coarsely chop vegetables.
- Spoon meat and vegetables onto tortillas; roll up.
