Yummy Winter Chilli

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the onion, celery and garlic for 5 mins until softened.
  2. Add the cayenne, cummin seeds and paprika and cook for one more minute.
  3. Stir in the beef , beans , tomatoes and stock.
  4. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 1 hour.
  5. In the last 15 minutes cook your rice.
  6. Stir in the chocolate and check the seasoning.
  7. Serve ontop of rice and sprinkled with cheese.
