Best-Quick-Gingerbread Pancakes

• 2 cups pancake mix, I like whole wheat
• 14 cup molasses
• 1 cup water
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Spray Non-stick pan and heat over med.
3. heat.
4. Cook in batches of 3, re-spraying afer each batch.
5. Serve w/ butter and syrup!
6. Enjoy!
