Stew chicken wings with Chinese mushroom

  1. Spread ginger evenly in cooking pot.
  2. Lay mushroom evenly over ginger.
  3. Lay chicken wings over mushroom.
  4. Pour dark soya sauce evenly over the chicken wings.
  5. Add in light soya sauce, sesame oil and mushroom water.
  6. Add in enough water to barely cover the wings.
  7. Cover the pot.
  8. Use low or medium heat to cook till half of the water is gone.
