Potatoes And Cabbage In Tomato Sauce(Patate E Verze Al Salsa Di Pomodori)

  5. Peel and cube potatoes. Place cabbage and potatoes in large saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Bring to a boil; then cook on medium heat until potatoes

  8. tender,
  9. about 45 minutes.
  10. Stir mixture occasionally
  11. to make sure it does not stick.
  12. Check to see if there is enough
  13. juice.
  14. If potatoes and cabbage look too dry, add a little more water.
  15. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
  16. This makes a great first course dish.
