Velveeta Light Easy Pasta Primavera
- 2 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 2 oz. VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain cooked pasta and return to saucepan; add vegetables, VELVEETA LIGHT and garlic powder.
- Season to taste with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Stir until VELVEETA LIGHT mixture is thoroughly heated.
- Enjoy strawberries and kiwi topped with walnuts and COOL WHIP LITE for dessert.
- Serve meal with a glass of water.
