Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

  1. Bake sweet potatoes until soft; cut in half and scoop out pulp.
  2. Mash thoroughly, add mustard, salt (omit if limiting sodium), pepper, and sugar.
  3. Heat butter with milk until butter is melted; add to potatoes & beat until fluffy.
  4. Stir in ham.
  5. Pile back into shells & top each with 2 marshmallows.
  6. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 20 minutes.
