Crock Pot Veal And Peppers
- 3 pounds veal boneless, cut in 2 inch cubes
- 4 each green bell peppers sliced
- 3 each onions sliced thin
- 2 each garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound mushrooms quartered
- 3 each chicken bouillon cubes crushed
- 3/4 teaspoons basil
- 2 each tomatoes cans (1 lb. each)
- Combine all ingredients in removable liner.
- Place liner in base.
- Cover and cook on low 7 hours, high 4 hours or auto 5 hours.
