Homemade Meatballs
- 1 3/4 lb beef and pork, cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs, I use the seasoned ones.
- 1 each egg, set this out when you refrigerate the mix.
- Mix it all together minus the egg and bread crumbs.
- Cover to chill in the frig.
- before grinding.
- Chill at least an hour.
- Grind it.
- Beat the egg and then mix with the meat.
- When the egg is well added mix in your bread crumbs.
- Now let it sit for 10 minutes before making it into meatballs.
- Can either bake them or slow cook in sauce.
- I'm going with the sauce on this batch.
