Homemade Meatballs

  1. Mix it all together minus the egg and bread crumbs.
  2. Cover to chill in the frig.
  3. before grinding.
  4. Chill at least an hour.
  5. Grind it.
  6. Beat the egg and then mix with the meat.
  7. When the egg is well added mix in your bread crumbs.
  8. Now let it sit for 10 minutes before making it into meatballs.
  9. Can either bake them or slow cook in sauce.
  10. I'm going with the sauce on this batch.
