Dana'S Favorite Chicken Parmesan

  1. Beat egg and 1 tablespoon water.
  2. Roll chicken in egg mixture, then in crumbs.
  3. In skillet, brown chicken in oil.
  4. Stir in soup, 1/4 cup water, onion and seasonings.
  5. Cover; cook over low heat 45 minutes or until done.
  6. Stir occasionally.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese; heat until cheese melts.
  8. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and additional oregano leaves, if desired.
  9. Serves 4.
