Bourbon Braised Baby Back Ribs

  1. Cut ribs in half.
  2. Boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Cool ribs down.
  4. Put 1 tablespoon of oil on ribs.
  5. Season.
  6. Grill for a few minutes to mark the ribs.
  7. Tear two sheets of foil about 10 inches long.
  8. Fold sides of foil to create a pocket.
  9. Add half the bourbon to each pocket.
  10. Put ribs on top.
  11. Close pockets.
  12. Roast at 300 for approximately 3 hours or until ribs are nearly falling off the bone.
  13. Variations; Citrus zest, wine, mustard, vinegar
