Sour Cream Brunch Cake Recipe

  1. Combine dry cake mix, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs, oil, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixer bowl.
  2. Beat 4 min at medium speed.
  3. Turn 1/2 of batter into greased and floured 10" tube pan.
  4. Combine sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and nuts.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 of this mix over batter in pan.
  6. Add in remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining topping.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min.
  8. Cold cake completely on rack before removing from pan.
