Caramelized Onion Topped Steaks with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

• 1 small onion, thinly sliced (about 3/4 cup) King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup SOUTH BEACH LIVINGTM Italian Dressing
• 4 beef tenderloin steaks (4 oz. each)
• 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream
• 1 Tbsp. horseradish

1. Cook onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat until tender, stirring occasionally.
2. Push onions to one side of skillet.
3. Add steaks to other side of skillet; cook 5 min.
4. on each side for medium doneness (160F).
5. Meanwhile, combine sour cream and horseradish.
6. Place steaks on serving plates; top with the onions.
7. Serve with the horseradish sauce.
