Caramelized Onion Topped Steaks with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

  1. Cook onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat until tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Push onions to one side of skillet.
  3. Add steaks to other side of skillet; cook 5 min.
  4. on each side for medium doneness (160F).
  5. Meanwhile, combine sour cream and horseradish.
  6. Place steaks on serving plates; top with the onions.
  7. Serve with the horseradish sauce.
