Surfer's Seafood Casserole
- 12 lb crabmeat, Florida, blue
- 12 lb shrimp, Florida, peeled, deviened, cooked
- 1 13 cups celery, Florida, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 12 cup onion, Florida, chopped
- 12 cup bell pepper, green, Florida
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chips, potatoes, crushed
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 1/12 quart casserole dish;set aside.
- Mix crab,shrimp,celery,mayonnaise,onion,bell pepper, Worcestershire and salt in a large bowl.
- Pour crab mixture into prepared casserole.
- Top with crushed potatoes chips and paprika.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
