Potato & Hamburger Au Gratin

  1. Brown meat; drain.
  2. Stir in soup; mix well.
  3. (Sometimes add onions, especially Vidalias.)
  4. Peel and slice potatoes.
  5. Spread 1/2 of the meat mixture on bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  6. Layer with 1/2 of the potatoes and 1/2 of the VELVEETA.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until top is brown and potatoes are tender.
  9. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
  10. Variation: Prepare as directed, adding chopped Vidalia onion to meat after browning.
  11. Cook until tender.
