The Astoria Bianco

• Ice
• 3 ounces gin
• 1 ounce bianco vermouth (sweet white vermouth)
• 2 dashes of orange bitters
• 1 orange twist

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the gin, vermouth and orange bitters; stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the orange twist.
