Chicken With Sausage And Mushrooms Recipe

• 3 1/2 c. chicken
• 1 pound warm sausage, cooked & liquid removed
• 1 sm. box UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grained and Wild Rice, cooked
• 2 cans mushroom soup
• 1 c. herb stuffing
• 1 tbsp. butter
• 1 can mushrooms, (stems & pcs)

1. Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 to 3 qt casserole.
2. Top with additional 1 c. of herb stuffing.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
4. Can be prepared ahead.
5. Can be frzn.
