Fresh Asian Chicken Salad

  1. Brush chicken with 2 tsp.
  2. dressing.
  3. Cook in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min.
  4. on each side or until browned on both sides; cover.
  5. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  6. or until done (165 degrees F), turning occasionally.
  7. Slice chicken.
  8. Cover 2 plates with lettuce; top with oranges, vegetables, chicken and nuts.
  9. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
