Lori's Sauerkraut Recipe
- 2 cans sauerkraut
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- Rinse and drain sauerkraut.
- Saute/fry bacon in large skillet.
- Remove bacon.
- Saute/fry onions for about 5 min.
- Stir in sauerkraut.
- Add in brown sugar and stir-fry over medium heat for 10 min.
- Crumble bacon over top.
- Serve hot.
