Lori's Sauerkraut Recipe

  1. Rinse and drain sauerkraut.
  2. Saute/fry bacon in large skillet.
  3. Remove bacon.
  4. Saute/fry onions for about 5 min.
  5. Stir in sauerkraut.
  6. Add in brown sugar and stir-fry over medium heat for 10 min.
  7. Crumble bacon over top.
  8. Serve hot.
