Shrimp Butter
- 34 lb boiled shrimp, peeled
- 1 hard-cooked egg, coarsely chopped
- 1 (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 14 chopped onion
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- assorted cracker
- Position knife blade in food processor; add shrimp and remaining ingredients.
- Process until smooth.
- Adjust salt and pepper.
- Line a 2 cup mold or bowl with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to hang over rim at least 2 inches.
- Spoon butter into mold; chill at least 4 hours.
- Invert mold on seving plate.
- Let stand 20-30 minutes.
- Smooth surface with knife if necessary.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
