Shrimp Butter

  1. Position knife blade in food processor; add shrimp and remaining ingredients.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Adjust salt and pepper.
  4. Line a 2 cup mold or bowl with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to hang over rim at least 2 inches.
  5. Spoon butter into mold; chill at least 4 hours.
  6. Invert mold on seving plate.
  7. Let stand 20-30 minutes.
  8. Smooth surface with knife if necessary.
  9. Serve with assorted crackers.
