Pecan Pie #1 Recipe
- 3 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 2 c. pecan pcs or possibly halves
- 2 (8 inch) pie shells
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Beat Large eggs, sugar, butter and syrup well.
- Fold in pecans, add in 1 tsp.
- vanilla.
- Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shells.
- Bake 40 to 50 min.
- This makes two 8-inch pies, dividing ingredients into the 2 pie shells.
