Pecan Pie #1 Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Beat Large eggs, sugar, butter and syrup well.
  3. Fold in pecans, add in 1 tsp.
  4. vanilla.
  5. Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shells.
  6. Bake 40 to 50 min.
  7. This makes two 8-inch pies, dividing ingredients into the 2 pie shells.
