Tinklee's Easy Beef and Egg Noodles
- 1 lb sliced beef
- 1 2/3 cup water
- 2 packages brown gravy mix
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 cup cooked egg noodles
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms (can be left out)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (can be left out)
- Brown beef with oil, add mushrooms, and add seasonings( if you need to add a touch of water to keep from over browning do
- when meat and mushrooms are cooked, add water to gravy mix, then pour over meat on med-low heat, bring to boil, and boil 1 min, turn all the way down,
- add sour cream and stir in, then mix in noodles and serve
