Smokey Pork Ribs Recipe

  1. Place ribs in large sauce pan; cover with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 min.
  3. Meanwhile brown garlic in butter in sauce pan 2 to 3 min; add in 1/4 c. water and remaining ingredient and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally.
  5. Place ribs on grill; cook 20 min turning and brushing with sauce every 5 min.
