Smokey Pork Ribs Recipe
- 4 - 6 pound pork country style ribs, cut 1 inch thick
- Water
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 32 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon original Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. hickory liquid smoke
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. catsup 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Place ribs in large sauce pan; cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 min.
- Meanwhile brown garlic in butter in sauce pan 2 to 3 min; add in 1/4 c. water and remaining ingredient and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally.
- Place ribs on grill; cook 20 min turning and brushing with sauce every 5 min.
