Baked French Toast With Berries Recipe

  1. Cut bread diagonally into 10 slices.
  2. Arrange bread slices in a greased 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar and vanilla; stir well.
  4. Pour egg mix over bread slices.
  5. Cover and refrigerate8 hrs or possibly overnight.
  6. Sprinkle blueberries over bread mix.
  7. Combine four, brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in butter with a pastry blender till mix is crumbly; sprinkle over blueberries.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 min or possibly till set and golden brown.
  9. Serve immediately with strawberries.
  10. This recipe yields 10 servings.
