Lemon Striped Delight

  1. Reserve 24 wafers.
  2. Finely crush remaining wafers; place in medium bowl.
  3. Add butter; mix well.
  4. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. Whisk cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp.
  7. milk in medium bowl until blended.
  8. Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  9. Beat pudding mixes and 3-1/4 cups milk with whisk 2 min.
  10. ; pour over cream cheese layer.
  11. Let stand 5 min.
  12. or until thickened; cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
  13. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  14. Meanwhile, melt chocolate.
  15. Arrange reserved wafers in single layer on baking sheet; drizzle with chocolate.
  16. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
  17. Garnish dessert with chocolate-drizzled wafers just before serving.
