Spaghetti Sauce (Crock-Pot)
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 12-1 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar (I used 5 because I love super-sweet sauce!)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- In skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Drain.
- In slow cooker combine browned meat, onions and garlic with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve over hot spaghetti.
