Roasted Broccoli

  1. Combine vinegar,mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Whisk in oil until smooth.
  3. Put broccoli in a baking dish and pour vinegarette over broccoli and toss to coat.
  4. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until broccoli is cooked through and lightly browned around the edges.
