Feta Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Remove and discard mushroom stems.
  2. Place mushrooms stem side up on cookie sheet and brush with oil.
  3. In small bowl, stir together cheese, olives and tomatoes.
  4. Divide filling among the mushrooms.
  5. Bake at 425 for about 10 minutes, or until heated through.
