Salmon Classic

• 16 slices pumpernickel bread party size
• 1/2 cup horseradish spread
• 16 slices smoked salmon
• 1 x leaf sprigs dill, for garnish

1. Top each pumpernickel slice with 1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish cream and 1 slice salmon.
2. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
