Quick Hawaiian Pork Kabob Foil Packets
- 1-1/3 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 cup water
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g), cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 red peppers, chopped
- 1 cup drained canned pineapple tidbits
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Spoon rice onto centres of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil with sides folded up slightly; pour 1/4 cup water over each.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Fold foil to make 4 packets.
- Grill 15 min.
- or until meat is done and rice is tender.
- Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.
