Salsa Verde
- 1 cup packed flat leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 13 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 cup water
- In a food processor, combine parsely, pecans, vinegar, and salt and pepper.
- With the machine running, slowly pour in the olive oil and water through feed tube.
- Process until you have achieved a smooth sauce.
