Grilled Corn, Peach and Basil Salsa

  1. Combine all ingredients together and toss.
  2. Season with the salt and pepper, then mix again.
  3. I find the salsa is best one the ingredients have sat together for 2-4 hours.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers for up to one week.
  5. Makes about 2 1/2 3 cups.
