Gluten-free Chocolate cookie

  1. Mixed (mushed )Warmed butter and rice flour.
  2. Add cocoa and sugar as well.
  3. If it's too warm to make a shape, put it in freezer a bit to make firm.
  4. Make a shape as you like.
  5. Put nuts on top and bake in the oven (180C 25min)
  6. After it's cooked, let it cool down and put fridge if needed.
  7. Put melted chocolate on top of cookies.
  8. Keep them in fridge to make firm.
  9. The texture may depend on a type of rice flour.
  10. Some rice flour turns out too hard.
