Sweet & Salty Christmas Snack Mix

  1. Heat oven to 250F.
  2. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
  3. Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  4. Place a large strip of aluminum foil onto large cutting board or work surface; lightly spray with no-stick cooking spray.
  5. Combine almonds, crackers, sesame sticks and pumpkin seeds in bowl; set aside.
  6. Combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in 1-quart saucepan.
  7. Cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes until sugar and butter are melted and mixture comes to a boil.
  8. Pour over almond mixture; stir to coat well.
  9. Spoon into prepared pan.
  10. Bake 60 minutes, stirring and breaking up clumps every 15 minutes.
  11. Spoon onto foil-covered cutting board.
  12. Cool completely, stirring occasionally to break up large pieces.
  13. Stir in cranberries and raisins.
