Chicken `N Rice Recipe

  1. Roll chicken in flour; brown in butter with celery.
  2. Remove chicken.
  3. Stir in soup, seasonings and water into drippings.
  4. Stir to boil.
  5. Pour minute rice (uncooked) into 1 3/4 qt shallow baking dish.
  6. Pour all but about 1/3 c. soup mix over rice; stir to moisten.
  7. Top with chicken and rest of soup mix.
  8. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till tender.
