Five-Spice Chicken

  1. Bring large pan of water to boil.
  2. Add chicken; return to boil.
  3. Drain; set chicken aside.
  4. Mix next 5 ingredients in large bowl.
  5. Add chicken; toss to evenly coat.
  6. Refrigerate 30 min.
  7. to marinate.
  8. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  9. Place chicken in single layer in shallow foil-lined pan.
  10. Bake 30 min.
  11. or until chicken is done (170 degrees F).
  12. Serve on lettuce-covered platter.
