Five-Spice Chicken
- 4 small chicken leg quarters (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. five-spice powder
- 8 Bibb lettuce leaves
- Bring large pan of water to boil.
- Add chicken; return to boil.
- Drain; set chicken aside.
- Mix next 5 ingredients in large bowl.
- Add chicken; toss to evenly coat.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place chicken in single layer in shallow foil-lined pan.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until chicken is done (170 degrees F).
- Serve on lettuce-covered platter.
