Mixed Vegetable And Cheese Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook frzn vegetables, according to package directions, just till tender-crisp.
  2. Drain and spread proportionately in buttered casserole.
  3. Top with cheese cubes, stir together melted butter and cracker crumbs and sprinkle over cheese.
  4. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven or possibly till bubbly.
  5. (Serves 12.)
  6. NOTE: If preferred, you may substitute crisp cooked fresh vegetables for the frzn ones.
